Bayview Real Estate


Bayview real estate is high class Toronto real estate and Bayview is well known for its wealthy neighborhood. I would say Bayview real estate is a great purchase for someone looking for high class homes. Bayview homes for sale may be expensive, but Bayview real estate is worth it.

I don’t have a whole lot of experience in that area but I’ll try to tell you what I know. My girlfriend used to live in the Bayview area so I did go there a few times. First of all the Bayview subway station is one of the nicest in Toronto. Bayview is very well kept and the resdients of Bayview are without a doubt in the highest income bracket. If you’re looking for the best homes, then you want Bayview real estate.

Bayview Real Estate Market

From what I’ve seen about Bayview’s market, Bayview homes retain value very well. The girl I knew lived in a house valued over $1 million. Her house was in a regular Bayview neigherborhood, so you can see that Bayview real estate has a very high price. That means you’ll have to pay a lot for Bayview real estate, but the payoff later on will also be good.

If you can buy Bayview homes from older couples then you might be able to get Bayview real estate cheap.

As you can see, Bayview station is very high class–just another proof that Bayview real estate is very high end. If you’re looking for luxury homes for sale in Bayview, you won’t have to look very hard.
